Running Techsmith Relay from an Internet browser

Note: All these steps are applied after the user logs in to calbaptist.techsmithrelay.com and are greeted with the following page, and click on “Launch Recorder” in the top left.

Firefox

  1. Click on options in the bar that appears at the top of the window.

2. Select “Allow pop-ups for calbaptist.techsmithrelay.com”.

3. When the “Launch Application” window appears,

a.     Select “TechSmith Relay Recorder

b.     Check the box to “Remember my choice for tsc-recorder links”

c.     Click “Open Link”.

4. The screen recording software will open

Chrome

  1. When the pop-up window appears:

a.     Select “Always open these types of links in the associated app”

Click “Open TechSmith Relay Recorder”

 

2. The screen recording software will open

 

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click “Yes” on the pop-up window that appears.

2. The screen recording software will open.
