Webex Calling Reset

In some instances, signing in to calling services through Webex does not work and you are not able to connect to your CBU extension. Follow the steps below to remedy this

 Instructions

  1. Click on your initials or picture in the upper left hand corner

  2. Choose “Help” from the menu, then “Health Checker

    1.  

  3. Click on the “Reset” button in the lower left hand corner

    1.  

  4. Webex will close and reset, then prompt you to sign in again
