The migration process will take place from 9/16-9/17. However, starting Friday(9/15) at 12:00PM on-prem Laserfiche services will be temporarily shut down unavailable to prepare for the migration. This includes Laserfiche Forms and the Repository. After the migration, all users will access Laserfiche forms, processes, and repositories through the cloud only.

What will happen to existing forms and processes? |
All existing business process and forms will be migrated over to Laserfiche Cloud. Any in-progress instances/forms that existed in the on-prem Laserfiche before the migration will need to be completed in the on-prem Laserfiche. In-progess forms will remain in the exact state it was before the migration. Users will be able to go back on the on-prem Laserfiche and complete their remaining tasks once the migration is completed. After 9/16, any new forms will need to be initiated using Laserfiche Cloud.
