Why are we moving to Laserfiche Cloud? |

The migration process will take place from 69/24/2023 16- 6/25/2023. Laserfiche Forms and Repository will not be accessible during this time period. After the migration, all users will access Laserfiche forms, processes, and repos through the cloud only9/17. However, starting Friday(9/15) at 12:00PM on-prem Laserfiche services will be temporarily unavailable to prepare for the migration. This includes Laserfiche Forms and the Repository.

What will happen to existing forms and processes? |
All existing business process and forms will be migrated over to Laserfiche Cloud. Any in-progress processes instances/forms that existed in the on-prem Laserfiche before the migration will need to be completed in Laserfiche Cloud (the processes will be in the same exact state/step it was in before the migration)the on-prem Laserfiche. In-progess forms will remain in the exact state it was before the migration. Users will be able to go back on the on-prem Laserfiche and complete their remaining tasks once the migration is completed. After 9/16, any new forms will need to be initiated using Laserfiche Cloud.

How do I access Laserfiche Cloud? |
Signing in to Laserfiche Cloud will be a slightly different process. Please see below for sign-in instructions:

Yes, the repository will also now be hosted in the cloud. Any and all saved documents in the on-prem local Laserfiche will be migrated over to the cloud.
