Zoom licenses are only assigned to faculty and select staff members. If a user is having trouble logging into Zoom with their CBU credentials please confirm with the user that they are a faculty or a staff with an active Zoom license.
If they do a user does not have an active Zoom license and are is requesting one please create a ticket and forward it to OLS queue.
