If for any reason they cannot login via SSO they can also either:
a) Do not have an active Zoom license
b) Are experiencing an SSO error due to their username and email being different. (This issue is being actively worked on currently).
For this case users will need login locally by going to the standalone Zoom website: https://zoom.us/
If they are logging via local they’ll need to login with the credentials they created when first activated their Zoom account or they’ll need to create a new password.
