If for any reason they cannot login via SSO they can also either:

a) Do not have an active Zoom license

b) Are experiencing an SSO error due to their username and email being different. (This issue is being actively worked on currently).

  • For this case users will need login locally by going to the standalone Zoom website: https://zoom.us/

  • If they are logging via local they’ll need to login with the credentials they created when first activated their Zoom account or they’ll need to create a new password.
