Monitoring Process Instances in Laserfiche Cloud
The following article will overview the Monitor page within your business processes. The monitor tab is a powerful tool used for tracking and managing the progress and status of your business processes.

The Monitor page is only accessible by users with an elevated role within a team. These roles include: Analyst, Team Manager, and Team Developer. If you need access to the monitor tab please submit a helpdesk ticket.
Main uses for the Monitor page:
Real-time tracking of submitted forms: The "Monitor" tab provides real-time visibility into the status of your business processes. You can see which steps are completed, which are pending, and which are in progress at any given moment.
Detailed information: Clicking on a specific process instance provides you with detailed information about that instance. You can see the current status of each stage, the assigned users, and the history of actions taken within that instance.
Task Assignment: You can view which users are currently assigned to tasks for in progress instances. If necessary, you can reassign tasks to other users.
How to access the Monitor page for a business process
In the Laserfiche homepage click on the 3x3 waffle grid on the top right hand corner and select Process Automation.
Under Global, select the team that the form is categorized under.
Navigate to Business Processes → Monitor.
