What will happen to existing forms and processes? |
All existing business process and forms will be migrated over to Laserfiche Cloud. Any in-progress processes will still be allowed to be completed all the way through. However, after the transition, users will only be able to access cloud hosted forms, processes and repos.

How do I access Laserfiche Cloud? |
Signing in to Laserfiche Cloud will be a slightly different process. Please see below for sign-in instructions:
Login site: https://signinapp.laserfiche.com/
Enter Account ID which should have been provided to you already.
Please look for an email with subject line {}.
Select Sign in with SAML.
Enter your CBU email and password and login.
CBU Laserfiche Cloud help documentation and articles will be coming shortly.
